It’s been two months since Crystal Galleries acquired the assets of Dunelm Glass, and we’re pleased to report that the transition has been a smooth and successful one.
From day one, our focus has been on providing continuity for Dunelm’s valued customers. By welcoming members of the Dunelm team into our business, we’ve ensured that their expertise remain at the heart of the service you know and trust.
Over the last two months, we’ve worked closely with former Dunelm customers to support ongoing orders, provide expert advice and deliver the same high-quality products and production methods you’re used to. Whether it’s personalised crystal awards, bespoke glassware, or engraving services, we remain committed to maintaining the standards both brands are known for.
We’ve also expanded customer support options, streamlined processes and improved turnaround times to offer even more value.
