As part of recent changes to the Northern Ireland Protocol, there are new requirements for shipping orders to Northern Ireland. To help you stay compliant and ensure your deliveries are processed smoothly, we’d like to clarify these changes and what you need to do to avoid any potential delays.
Key Changes to the Northern Ireland Protocol
If you place orders with us that are destined for Northern Ireland, you will now need to complete a declaration form confirming that:
✅ Once delivered to Northern Ireland, the goods will not be moved or sold outside of the UK.
This declaration is a one-time requirement — once you’ve returned the form, you won’t need to complete it again for future orders to Northern Ireland.
What You Need to Do
1. Complete the Declaration Form
Once completed, please return it to us as soon as possible.
2. Plan Ahead
Even if you’re not currently sending orders to Northern Ireland, we recommend completing the declaration now to ensure there are no delays if you decide to ship there in the future.
3. Understand Your Responsibilities
If you do later decide to move or sell the goods outside of Northern Ireland, you will be responsible for ensuring any relevant duties or taxes are paid.
Why It’s Important to Act Now
Failure to complete the declaration may result in:
❗ Delays to your orders
❗ Additional charges
❗ Possible rejection at Customs
By submitting your declaration now, you can ensure your shipments continue to move smoothly and efficiently.
