Important Update: New Requirements for Orders to Northern Ireland

As part of recent updates to the Northern Ireland Protocol, there are new requirements that affect how we ship orders from the UK to Northern Ireland. To help you stay compliant and ensure your orders reach their destination without delays, we’d like to explain these changes and what you need to do.


Key Changes to the Northern Ireland Protocol


The main update requires customers who are having goods shipped directly to Northern Ireland to sign a declaration confirming that those goods will not be sold or moved outside of Northern Ireland.


This declaration is a one-time requirement and must be signed and returned to us before we can despatch your order.


Even if you only think you may ship to Northern Ireland in the future, we encourage you to complete the declaration now to avoid potential delays when placing orders later.


What You Need to Do


1. Complete the Declaration Form

  • If you are placing an order to be shipped directly to Northern Ireland, you must sign a declaration confirming that the goods will remain in Northern Ireland.

  • This form will only need to be signed once for our records.


2. Plan Ahead

  • Even if you aren’t currently shipping to Northern Ireland, if you think there’s a possibility you may do so in the future, we recommend requesting the declaration form now. This ensures that when you are ready to place an order, there will be no delays in despatching your goods.


3. Understand Your Responsibilities

  • If, after delivery, you decide to move or sell the goods outside of Northern Ireland, you will be responsible for ensuring that any relevant duties or taxes are paid.
