Farewells, Flight Plans and Fresh Updates
Welcome to this week’s edition of the Crystal Chronicle. It has been a whirlwind week here at Crystal Galleries as we balance the final preparations for our 2026 trade show tour with some emotional news from within our customer service team.
Here is everything you need to know from the last seven days.
Today is a bittersweet day as we say goodbye to Jess Parnell. Jess has been a cornerstone of our Customer Service team for the past five years, often acting as the "engine room" for our sales desk and quotes.
Jess is leaving us to pursue her lifelong passion for maritime work, moving from our workshop to the open water! Given her incredible dedication as a volunteer for the RNLI, we know she is going to be a huge asset to her new crew.
Jess, thank you for the five years of laughter, hard work, and for being our resident shark-swimming daredevil! You can read our full tribute to Jess right here.
Our 2026 "World Tour" is officially moving into its next phase. We have two major stops coming up, and we would love to see you at the gate.
Destination: Merchandise World (Jan 21st – 22nd): We are currently in "final boarding" for Coventry. We’ll be at the CBS Arena showcasing our brand-new 2026 collection. If you haven’t checked in yet, view our flight plan here.
Destination: TEAM Roadshow (Feb 8th – 9th): Following Merchandise World, we’re heading to the iconic Villa Park in Birmingham. This is the place to be for the trophies, engraving, and awards industry.
Get the full details on our TEAM appearance here.
Whether you’re a long-standing partner or a new face, come find the "Crystal Galleries Air" crew to see the latest in 3D laser engraving and sustainable awards.
We are also pleased to share our latest update regarding our ongoing work with Dunelm. As we move into 2026, our partnership continues to grow, focusing on delivering high-quality glass and crystal solutions that meet the evolving tastes of the modern retail market.
From new product lines to streamlined logistics, you can find the full update on what’s in store for our Dunelm range this year on our latest blog post.
What’s Coming Up Next?
Next week, our focus shifts entirely to the floor of Merchandise World. Keep an eye on our social media channels for "Live from the Stand" updates, where we’ll be revealing some of the products that we think will be the best-sellers of 2026.
Don't forget: If you missed our recap of the Top 10 Bestsellers of 2025, you can catch up here to help plan your inventory for the new year.
See you on the road.
The Crystal Galleries Team
