We’ll return a visual for sign-off and keep everything tied to your PO all in one place, all under one roof, easy to locate for questions or repeat orders.

Customers shouldn’t have to ask, “Where is it?”
We attach tracking to every consignment and send it to you automatically. You choose whether we send it on to your client (white-label) or to you only. That means fewer “just checking” emails and a cleaner inbox for your team.

Glass is gorgeous and unforgiving.
Our packaging is purpose-built for crystal and glass: snug fit, protective void fill, and handling labels that survive the parcel network. Because most pieces are designed with engraving areas in mind, they also sit and ship more safely after decoration.

Artwork setup & masking - We do the heavy lifting on artwork and resist, using proven photoresist processes and settings, so your marks are crisp and consistent. (If you engrave in-house, we share the exact exposure, washout and blasting settings for the resist you use.)
Proofing ping-pong - Clear visuals, single point of approval, and locked proofs reduce “one last change” loops.
Final-mile complexity - From plain-cover packing to multi-address dispatch, we handle the logistics under your brand.

Can We White-Label Your Product Images?
Yes - and we’ll do it properly.
We can supply curated, on-brand product images for your site, proposal decks and social, including safe-zone overlays for logos so your mock-ups look like the real thing. Our range is built for personalisation (flat areas, frost-friendly surfaces), so the visuals your clients see are what they’ll receive.

If a client asks “How durable is the branding?” you can talk confidently about sandblast engraving (permanent, frosted finish), colour infill for contrast and options like sub-surface laser for 2D/3D inside optical crystal.

Do I Have to Set Up a Website?
No.
You can run this entirely via email/phone and a branded order form. If/when you want e-commerce, we’ll stand up a white-label microsite so you’re not rebuilding your business to sell 24 proven winners.

“Outsourcing Kills Your Margin”
Not if you outsource the right things.
Your margin leaks in labour, rework and admin. We remove the setup, proofing, masking, engraving, packing and multi-address dispatch, so you keep the sale and the relationship while we absorb the overhead. Our catalogue is intentionally designed for personalisation, which cuts engraving time and failure rates - that’s margin protection in practice.

From artwork checks to final tracking, we run the job under your brand: plain-cover packing, white-label paperwork, and proof-locked production. If you prefer to engrave in-house, we’ll still support with films, cabinets and best-practice settings to keep your marks clean and your rejects low.

Artwork Label
Every package says exactly what’s inside and why.
We include a discrete artwork label that can show: client name, PO, product code, engraving position, colour infill (if any), proof/version number, QC sign-off and dispatch date. It ties the physical item to the approved proof, so complex drops don’t go sideways.
Action: Share your preferred label fields; we’ll mirror your internal language.
