New Catalogue Available Now
We are delighted to announce that you can now view and download our 2024-25 e-catalogue using the links below. The first link will download the Crystal Galleries branded e-catalogue and the second link will download the unbranded version.
The e-catalogue features our best selling lines whilst also introducing over 100 new products to our extensive range of Glass and Crystal Gifts and Awards. The e-catalogues are interactive with numerous search and display facilities, links directly to the different categories, download and sharing facilities, plus much more.
We will also be adding individual high resolution images and unique selling points for all of the products to the e-catalogue in the next couple of weeks.
The catalogues can also be personalised with your own company logo and contact details that will enable you to email out direct to your customers or add a link to your website. As always we will have uniform 620x620 images for all of the products in the catalogue. Please contact our Customer Service Team for any additional information or if you would like to receive a copy of the trade price lists.

Cardboard for Life
As part of our ongoing commitment to minimise our carbon footprint, we have established a comprehensive waste management strategy. In collaboration with a local company, all of our waste cardboard and excess glass materials are recycled. This eco-conscious partnership ensures that every piece of waste generated by our operations is repurposed and given a new lease of life.

Our customer service ladies had a brilliant day at the North East Ladies Day
event at Hardwick Hall with the charismatic. What makes this event particularly special is that our very own Director, Joanne Lowes, is serving as the Chairman of North East Ladies Day, which is celebrating its 40th Anniversary and is the charity hosting this remarkable occasion. The charity event holds great significance to us, as it reflects our commitment to giving back to the community and supporting causes that matter.
Congratualtions on Bens Great North Run Success
Big congratulations to our Benjamin Lowes for completing the Great North Run yesterday in some very challenging conditions. Coming in at just over 2 hours, he put in a great run given the challenge his dodgy knees have been giving him recently. Butterwick Hospice Golf Day
Our boys put in a solid display yesterday at the Butterwick Hospice golf day at Wynyard. Ben and Sam from our customer service team played along with a couple of our customers in the day. Finishing 3rd with 97 points we just missed out on the prizes, not sure we could have ever caught first place with their impressive 106.
Brilliant day as always supporting a local charity, we'll be back again next year to try and take home first place.
