Monthly Blog - March

As we enter the second quarter of the year, it's hard to believe how quickly time is flying by. But with each new quarter comes new opportunities and we're excited to share what's new in our company.

Firstly, we are thrilled to announce that this year marks our 40-year anniversary! It's a significant milestone for us, and we're excited to celebrate it with you. We've come a long way since our humble beginnings and we're proud of how far we've come and achieved. We couldn't have done it without our loyal customers and we thank you for your continued support.

To celebrate our memorable anniversary we're focusing on what we do best - sandblast engraving. The sandblast engraving technique is at the heart of what we do and we want to highlight this decoration technique to show you how it has evolved over the years. Sandblast engraving is a unique and timeless process that creates an etched design onto a surface using abrasive materials. It's an art form that requires precision and expertise, and we take pride in producing high-quality, custom-made designs.

Did you know? In 2022 we hand decorated a total of 160,558 individual items, averaging 637 items per day. Furthermore, we also used over a ton of engraving sand to engrave our glass items.

We are very excited to announce that from April we will be introducing our very own engraving workshops. With over 40 years of experience and expertise, our very own in-house experts will be delivering a selection of specialised workshops tailored to suit the needs of your business. This can include everything from the basics of sandblast engraving to the complexities of the engraving equipment and how to get the best results. For more information or to make a booking please contact our Technical Sales Manager, Michaela.

Are you looking for a way to treat your office to a delicious lunch this month? We're excited to announce that we're offering a chance to win lunch for your office when you place an engraved order with us in April for over £750.

To enter, simply quote the reference "ENGRAVE" when placing your order and you'll automatically be entered into our prize draw. The more orders you place, the more chances you have to win! And with our wide range of high-quality awards and glassware, you're sure to find the perfect product to suit your needs.

As the release date for our new catalogue draws near, we are thrilled to share some exciting news about the innovative products that will be included in our new product range. We've been working hard to source products that are not only high-quality but also environmentally sustainable.

To reduce our carbon footprint, we are introducing a new sustainable product range that features beech wooden awards and UK sourced, recyclable acrylic.

Our new range is designed to promote sustainable practices and reduce waste, helping us to contribute towards a better and cleaner future for our planet. We are excited to share more information about our new product range in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for further updates.

Finally, I would like to introduce our newest additions to the Crystal Galleries team. Richard and Patrick have a wealth of industry knowledge and experience that we know will benefit our customers. As our new Field Sales Representatives, they are soon to be out on the road visiting our valued wholesale customers and ready to guide and advise you on our impressive range of glassware. They can tell you what’s selling well for both us and other businesses, as well as guide you through our new and innovative range of products.
