Important Update: Packaging Options & Pricing Changes

At Crystal Galleries, we’re always looking for ways to enhance your experience and deliver the best possible service. As part of that ongoing commitment, we’ve made some updates to our packaging options to offer greater clarity, flexibility, and transparency.



What’s Changing?

From now on, we’re introducing clearer distinctions between our three packaging options to help you choose the best fit for your needs:


🟦 Presentation Box (Chargeable)

Our premium packaging – ideal for gifting, retail display, or high-end presentation.


🔵 Tuck Box (Chargeable)

Previously known as a skillet, this is a cost-effective, protective option that ensures your product is delivered safely.


⚪ Bulk Packaging (Default Option) (Free)

If no packaging is selected, your order will be delivered in bulk or 6-pack boxes — a practical and efficient choice that still maintains product protection.


Why the Change?

With rising material and supply chain costs affecting businesses across the industry, we’ve made the decision to introduce a small charge for Tuck Boxes and Presentation Boxes.


To support this change, we’ve also introduced bulk packaging as a free alternative, giving you control over both cost and presentation.


What You Need to Do

  • Let us know if you’d like your order packed in Presentation or Tuck Boxes when placing your order

  • If no packaging is specified, your items will be packed in bulk packaging by default


We encourage you to speak to your customers about these changes and consider them when placing future orders. These updates allow us to continue delivering the quality, value and service you expect from Crystal Galleries — products and experiences designed to be remembered.
